what it is

  • the company and its products — reverie, lab, voicenotes, files, dreams, the glasshouse bbs.
  • an embedded operating partner for people building at 2am. the refusals are the brand.
  • brand canon is Marc Goudet's corpus (ratified 2026-07-08); everything here transcribes it.

dark "geek terminal" is the product register; light "brand skin" is editorial-serif. exactly one living colour per surface, used sparingly. no shadows, no gradients, radius 4–6px.

the mark — five rules

  • always 8 rectangles
  • solid black on warm paper
  • asymmetric — never centred
  • dense, compressed, all touching
  • generative — never repeats (fixed letter rotations: C −12° E +8° R −18° B +14° A −9° L +20°)

status: very much work-in-progress — direction is set, the foundation (tokens, marks, component system) is behind cerebral's and actively being built. treat everything below as current-direction, not settled canon.

  • the internal platform estate — paas, mission-control, the llm gateway, /learn.
  • not and never a public platform. no customers, no GA, no signup. never justify a decision by conversion or reach.
  • the outside reader is a founder doing diligence: the landing is a dataroom, not a funnel — real stack, real costs.
